Exceed Financial Solutions is a Family business located in Brisbane North and predominantly serving South East Qld. We have been assisting individuals, families, and businesses to access both personal and commercial finance since 2014.
We have helped hundreds of people find the right Home loan or car/asset loan to suit their needs, during that time. Almost all of our business is either repeat business or referred to us by very happy clients and several Local Builders and Real Estate Agents.

Our Story
Siblings, Brice, Caitlin and Daniel Trotter along with Mum, Karen and her partner Ram, started Exceed Financial Solutions in October 2013. The family have a combined experience of 36 years and while some of the family have gone off in other directions professionally, we are still very much a family business.
These days you can call on Brice, Karen or Brice’s partner Jules Pearce and we will be happy to assist you. Jules has recently moved across and has added her ten years in Finance, specifically Asset Finance, to the vault.
We do this because we love to help people and we get great job satisfaction knowing that we don’t just do the deal for you but we provide you with information to demystify the complexity of loan products. In short, we make it easy, and in general, we do not charge you, almost always, the Lender pays our fee.
We understand how critical it is to have a team of professionals on your side when dealing with the important things that help you to build the life for yourself and your family, that you want.
We know finance is complex and nobody can know everything about everything so we are here to help you avoid the pitfalls, ensure you have all of the information you need in clear, concise terms, so that you can make an informed decision about all loan products you need, to get the right deal for you, whether it be personal, property or business finance.
Many folk struggle financially for one reason or another. We offer a free budgeting service and assistance to get credit ready, to anyone who needs that. If you have been declined or have a poor credit score, Karen will be only too happy to work with you over time, to put that right.

Brice began his Banking Career with NAB (National Australia Bank) in Melbourne and later moved to the Capricornia Credit Union in 2004.

BUSINESS FINANCE SPECIALIST
Jules is a people person and her finance career originally began in Rockhampton working with a Specialist Asset/Personal Finance business.
Karen Maker
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/ADMIN
Karen earned her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking back in 2008 whilst working in the Corporate world and has over 30 years experience.
